Why internal teams struggle with production deployments

These are the four operational challenges we see every time an enterprise attempts to support ActiveMQ, Artemis, or Camel in production without expert backup — and why they choose meshIQ instead.

Why meshIQ Apache ActiveMQ® support is different

The difference between a vendor who read the docs and a team who writes the code.

Frequently asked questions about technical support

The questions every enterprise asks before committing to a support partnership.

What’s the difference between Standard and Professional?

Standard offers 4-hour P1 response during business hours, ideal for non-critical systems. Professional provides 1-hour P1 response 24/7, a named Technical Account Manager, and a dedicated on-call engineer. Most organizations start with Professional once ActiveMQ/Artemis becomes production-critical.

Can we start with Standard and upgrade later?

Yes. Many customers begin with Standard and scale to Professional as deployments grow or mission-criticality increases. We support mid-cycle upgrades with no setup fees.

Do you support multiple instances and environments?

Yes. Support plans cover all your ActiveMQ, Artemis, and Camel deployments across production, staging, and dev environments. One plan, comprehensive coverage.

What monitoring tools do you use?

We integrate with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, and other standard monitoring stacks. We don’t require proprietary tools. We work with your existing observability platform and add deep broker-level insights.
